Great place with nice cooking dishes, cozy place, friendly staff and great environment.
MoreGood place to dine in late evening. Craving for midin red wine and found this great restaurant in town.
MoreOne of nice Malaysia cuisine restraints in Malaysia (KL, KK, Kuching, Penang etc...).Not so far from Waterfront by walk.Price is Ok.Can have alcohols.Try any Malaysia and Borneo cuisine:)
MoreGreat fusion cooking, well served and friendly staff. Definitely try the mango duck.
MoreVery nice environment and good service. Good food.. Chinese and Western.
I love this place ! Food is good and awesome. No change since i first came here 3 uears ago. Awesome food, service is a bit down since last time . But overall food is still good and must come whenver u are her in Kuching
MoreNice big backyard dining areaService was good. Food was decent with a lot of novel flavors. The soft shelled crab was a bit of a disappointment. Using frozen crab is unavoidable but it smells bad and the salted egg is the powdered instant mix type rather than actual eggs. The pandan leaf chicken was nice. The mango duck was definitely a good dish too.
MoreGreat food and environment
Cashew prawns and crispy sweet leaves are unbelievably good. Not cheap but worth it for a special occasion
MoreGood food and ambience.
Delicious, big dishes in a great ambiance.
Good food.
Cashew prawns and crispy sweet leaves are unbelievably good. Not cheap but worth it for a special occasion
MoreOnly thing I find interesting is the name of the restaurant. Food is pricey and doesn’t excite. However, the setting is pretty ideal for a romantic night out.
MoreI ordered a soup and 3x prawns. I asked them for non spicy food, although I got prawns that was spicy as hell, so unfortunately I couldn't eat my meal. The soup was OK.
MoreChefs fried rice and Grilled Salmon =Must tries .Be warned, the portions are very generous , make sure you come with a very empty tummy.
MoreIts a really nice ambience here, its like you are outdoor but actually its indoor. Love the throw pillows strewn on the long seating. Food is a bit pricey but tasted good.
MoreRain was an excellent waitress in helping us order a delicious meal that was not excessive!! Would highly recomend!!
MoreVery tasty food, friendly and helpful staff at a fair price. Portions are big. Definitely enjoy the duck and mango.
MoreA funky restaurant with an extensive menu. Service can be worked on: it was slow and they keep forgetting what we ordered. But the food was absolutely delicious and the interior is fun.
MoreSurprisingly delicious food.
Good place for family and friends gathering having dinner. If need help better look for Chinese staffs
MoreGreat ambience. Dishes come in huge portions.Good for big groups.
Nice ambience and the food was delicious. Only thing was the prawns was not fresh, lucky they didn't charge for the prawns.
MoreBeautiful restaurant with multiple rooms of varying style and vibes. Good drinks, great desserts, upscale local food.
MoreGreat service and pleasant seating areas. Clear menu. Fair price.
The restaurant was easy to locate and is spacious and well-decorated with numerous tables. While it is relatively more expensive than other restaurants in Kuching, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food comes in very generous quantities and was prepared quickly. The mango duck is a mustWe note that restaurant does accept credit cards, contrary to the information provided on some websites. Despite some reviews expressing that the service is lacking, we found that on our visit, the waitstaff were very attentive, even moving a fan towards our direction once they noticed that we were sitting nearby.
More1. The place is really scenographic and charming. 2. The food is definitely overrated and overpriced (3-4 times more expensive than other places). The crab rice is tasteless and plain, mango duck is interesting, but it could be improved.3. BUT unfortunately the main problem is the waiters: it's the first time in my almost 3 weeks in Malaysia that local people (they are really amazing!) didn't provide a warm and sincere welcome. Majority of them just didn't seem to care at all.
MoreWalk in and pick your own seat as all the waitresses just stand around playing with their phones. Fortunately, the one waiter who took our orders made up for the lack of service from the rest. Deco nice, food ok- portion size acceptable. Crispy fried salt-and-sugar-sprinkled vegetable leaves a novel tidbit to go with your drinks.
MoreVery good restaurant and great service. All the dishes we tried were really excellent: pineapple fried rice, roasted duck, squid, etc. The ambiance is great too and the prices very reasonable.
MoreBest western place I've been so far in Sarawak. I came for short vacation with my friend and found this place. Luckily my tummy was craving for western food. The place here is really unique + nostalgic. It really suits with my taste and vibes though. The place is great for chilling and hang out for fun wasting time with friends. The food is really well-decorated well-design by chef. But the taste quite average. The meat is kind of clay. It's hard to chew and melt it through my throat. But it's juicy though hehehe! The services were great and the waiter was friendly enough to made jokes with us hahahah.Keep it up!!
MoreNice food and friendly staff
Nice place
Nice and special food. Very polite and well spoken lady staff assisting us. Definitely will come back again!
MoreNice place for family / friends gathering. Nice enviroment. Various of foods and drinks. And, it located in center of town
MoreIt was a fine dining restaurant.
I like the interior design and the food are good quality! The choice are more oriental, but there are a few specialty eg crispy mani cai.
MoreBy far the worst place I've ever eaten my entire life. The crispy lamb in black pepper sauce is just trash. I almost vomited. Its literally eating death. I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone. They gave me a bowl of fried leaf beside it. I swear this is the most disgusting dish I've ever eaten.
MoreNot nearly as good as I remember it from back in the day. Service was alright. Mango duck had very little mango in it. Crab cakes were delicious. The chef's special noodles (non crispy ones) were excellent. The off-menu baked scallops are not as good as in the past. I did not try the fried rice, but there was a lot of filler i.e. veg and I was told it was not all that appetizing.
MoreNice and interesting place. Like to water pond inside the building.
Lovely ambiance and beautifully set up. Staff were quite inattentive and using their phones, even there was just two other tables occupied when we came in. Food was delicious and portions are massive. Would recommend sharing with a larger group.
MoreGood food, good atmosphere
Nice Chinese foods and environment.
Unique chinese fusion menu. Suitable for sharing plates...family dining. Very nice and quaint setting.
Morenot a cheap place but a few very delicious signature dishes make it special. nice ambience and it gets very busy with tourists and locals.
MoreFood is good, service equally nice. The ambience is very cosy but obvious there is a live band playing somewhere which kinda spoils a cosy evening.
Morenice place
Quite a nice restaurant in a central location. Most of the seating is under a shelter open at the sides and is cooled with fans, so there is some noise from that. Prices are high for Kuching. Service was pretty slow even though there were a lot of staff around and the restaurant was far from full. Food was good and the portions were fairly large.
MoreNice quiet restaurant to try local food. Try the mango duck. We also had the fried sweet leaves and sea cucumber soup which was great. Please note that when it rains, the roof may leak.
MoreSuper nice environment and accommodating staff..
